Competition Entries Deadline – August 2025 meeting

Delivery Day for Competition Entries

Bring your entries along to deliver in person at our August Guild Meeting, and stay to socialise and craft. All visitors welcome, feel free to bring your current project to work on. If you come for the day, the visitor cost is £7 and includes tea/coffee and cake.

Plus we will be planning our displays for our open Day in September and hearing all about Summer School from those who attended. So there will be a bumper Show & Tell session.

Regular Features:

  • Social Crafting – Bring your latest project to work on amongst fellow fibre fans
  • Show and Tell – bring something you have recently finished or are still working on to share your progress.
  • Sales Table – You are invited to bring craft related and other items for sale. Please, no jumble. 20% of sales goes to the Guild.
  • Raffle – with craft related prizes.

TIME/FORMAT:     11.00am – 4.00pm

11.00 – 11:30 Settling in / Welcome
11.30 – 12.45 Open Day preparations or Craft and Chat
12:45 – 1:30 Informal lunch – bring your own
1.30 –
3.30 Summer School feedback and Show & Tell
3.30 – 4.00 Raffle, packing up entries & tidy up

FACILITIES:    Free Parking.  Disabled access.  WiFi.  Teas/Coffee and Cake.

GUILD MEMBERS :    Free, meeting attendance is included in annual membership fee.

VISITOR COST:       £7.00 per visitor, per meeting, including tea/coffee and cake.
